What we collect
The company website and work email you provide, the answers you submit in the assessment, and standard technical information such as browser type and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Why we collect it
To generate your GTM Benchmark report, to match you against an appropriate benchmark cohort, and to contact you about your results if you asked us to.
Benchmark cohorts
Assessment answers may be aggregated and anonymised to improve benchmark cohorts. Aggregated figures never identify an individual company, and we do not publish or resell individual company responses.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that operate this application on our behalf, and only to the extent needed to run it.
Retention and deletion
Assessment records are retained while your report remains accessible. You can ask us to delete your assessment and contact details at any time and we will remove them from active systems.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted, and you can unsubscribe from any follow-up email using the link in that email.
